عقد مجلس كلية العمارة الجامعة صباح اليوم الثلاثاء المصادف 2023/4/18 اجتماعاً برئاسة الدكتور حميد حسن طاهر عميد الكلية والدكتور حيدر عليوي شامي معاون العميد للشؤون العلمية وبحضور السادة رؤساء الأقسام والمقررين وتم مناقشة عدة فقرات حيث ضمت هذا الفقرات تحديد موعد الامتحانات الفصل الثاني النظري والعملي ومدى استعدادات الأقسام لبدء

Dr. Amer Ali Ghabra, Head of the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the University College of amarah, was selected as a member of the scientific committee of the first international conference on the perspective of sustainability in chemical, environmental and oil engineering held at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, which will be held on November 29-30 2023. It deals with the topic of developing Sustainability perspectives in chemical, environmental and petroleum engineering to develop scientific information and raise education to the highest levels.

The agreement aims to strengthen scientific cooperation between the two universities, ensure harmonization of academic programs, launch practical training programs, and host scientific workshops and conferences in which the two universities participate. The meeting was held between the University of Sharjah and al-amarah University College electronically

Dr. Hamid Hassan Taher, Dean of the College, received a delegation from the office of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in Maysan this morning, Sunday, 3/12/2023. The delegation discussed the most important issues related to the college’s work and its outputs from the staff prepared for teaching in the primary stages. The delegation also touched on peaceful coexistence and the role of personalities. The academy in formulating a moderate discourse and directing educational means in a manner consistent with the reality of the unity and originality of the Iraqi people

On Sunday morning, 12/3/2023, the Ministerial Documents Verification Committee visited the Registration Department at the University. They were received by Dr. Hamid Hassan Taher, Dean of the College, and Dr. Haider Aliwi Shami, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs. This visit came as part of the continuous pursuit and in order to ensure the accuracy of information and documents for all students it made a practical tour of the documents units in all departments to check the documents according to what was stated within the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
