With the blessing of God, we open a scientific window to see the world and see us, and it is a good opening for all aspirants for scientific knowledge and communication with the civilized world who has taken science as an end and a means for the sake of advancement and community service. We hope that everyone will be responsible and invest this scientific window to serve our university and raise the level of knowledge of everyone to what we aspire to. The development of our college was the result of a great effort made by a dedicated work team to build a scientific edifice that serves the people of the province by adding a new scientific edifice that achieves noble goals to serve the people of the province and the homeland. The College was established under the approval of the Honorable Council of Ministers (Resolution No. 358 of 2017).

Signs of goodness have appeared since the first year of opening the college 2018-2019, for admission to the college. This prompted the Founders of the college to expand by creating new scientific departments to accommodate the large numbers of students in various specializations. This was side by side with the continuous endeavor of the Founders to develop scientific equipment and contract with specialized scientific cadres from Iraqis and non-Iraqis... At the same time, work continues in the college to expand the college’s buildings and infrastructure according to well-studied scientific plans for the advancement of this scientific institution to the severity of the esteemed outputs of Students from all governorates, and the College Board is constantly striving to develop in the field of research to reach the global classification in the field of research with the availability of all technical and technological requirements to keep the college up to health conditions in the field of e-learning, building technical workshops and equipping them with equipment and specialized technical personnel. The college seeks to implement ministerial university plans to promote and develop private university education to be an effective partner in preparing scientific community according to international standards. The sincere efforts resulted in a reality that calls for optimism in the emergence of the scientific reality of the college.
